Long Island Career Fair September 24th

Experience what the PSAT is like so that you will be more comfortable taking the real exam. The Princeton Review administers a practice PSAT on a Saturday morning, then returns on a Tuesday evening to deliver the scores and discuss the results. Open to all.

Full Time: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. 2 year’s experience. Input part numbers, track inventory, order, keep supply room neat and organized. Must have excellent computer skills.

MECHANICS
Full Time … $18.00 to $22.00 per hour … 5+ years’ experience. Maintain production equipment, analyze failures, preventive maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, etc. Must be familiar with the use of all hand/power tools. Good mechanical aptitude.

MECHANIC TRAINEES 
Full Time … $12.00 to $15.00 per hour …1+ year in position showing mechanical aptitude. Assist maintenance group while learning to diagnose and repair equipment failures, perform preventative maintenance replacing bearings, belts, hoses, shafts, knives, etc.

MACHINE OPERATORS 
Full Time … $9.00 to $12.00 per hour … 1+ years’ experience Responsible for the safe operation of converting machinery. Start, stop, change paper rolls, clear jams, and meet production requirements while creating a quality product.

PACKERS
Full Time … $8.00 to $8.50 per hour … WILL TRAIN Entry level position requiring employee to place packages in cases while checking product quality, or stacking cases on pallets following required configuration. Day and night shift, 12 hour shifts include weekends.

Job requirements are a CURRENT New York State certificate, recent physical within the last 12 months, proof of PPD or chest x-ray if PPD is positive, Titer Levels (Measles, Mumps & Rubella), a current driver’s license, your own reliable vehicle & 2 employment references.

HHA $10.50 per hour weekday and $12.50 per hour weekend.
Assist with bathing/toileting, dressing grooming, fall precautions, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, shopping, doctor appointments, medication reminder.

PCA $10.00 per hour weekday and $12.00 per hour weekend.
