Home Study Program For HSE/TASC (HSA024)

Join us at the Huntington Public Library Station Branch to learn about a free, at-home study program for adults 21 and over, who would like to prepare for the HSE/TASC (formerly GED) exam, but are unable to attend classes on a regular basis. Certified instructors provide you with assignments to complete at home. Assignments are picked up at the library. Telephone assistance is also available. Job Seekers' Support Group

Join Half Hollow Hill's Library Job Seekers' Support Group. The group will offer networking, feedback & relevant discussions in a workshop atmosphere with experienced facilitators sharing their expertise. Registration is underway.  ALL ARE WELCOME. Bronx Library Center 4th Annual Job Expo

The Bronx Library Center is pleased to announce their 4th Annual Job Expo to be held Wednesday, September 17th, 2014 from 11:00am to 5:00 p.m. on the Concourse Level of the library.  There will be over 40 companies and educational institutions in attendance. Several workshops providing valuable information and insight on Interviewing Skills, IT Training and Employment, Re-Entering The Workforce, Financial Security, Resume Writing and Dressing for Success will be available.  Please bring copies of your resume & dress for success!!!
