Suffolk & the Town of Huntington Team Up on Job Center

Suffolk County & the Town of Huntington are teaming up to create the Huntington Station Opportunity Resource Center, which will offer employment & training services. The resource center (developed by Councilwoman Tracey Edward) will provide counseling programs & assistance to address unemployment, underemployment & impediments to securing employment, employment leads, vocational, trade & computer training, internship opportunities, technical business assistance & informational seminars. The resource center will open at the end of June & will be located at 1264 New York Ave. in Huntington Station (current home of the Huntington Station Enrichment Center) & at the Huntington Business Incubator at 1268 New York Ave, Huntington Station.
