For new small business owners & those who have taken Starting & Growing Your Business.  Topics include components of a business plan, start-up costs, how to prepare a budget, cash flow projections, how to use a business plan to get financing & walk through an example.

Marketing for Small Business (HMA158)-Wed. December 16th
For those who have a small business& those who have taken Starting & Growing Your Own Business & Writing a Business Plan. Topics discussed are developing a marketing plan, performing market research, pricing, advertising & promotion & internet marketing.
